hi i need some help ASAP i have the opportunity to buy a disk brake conversion for my car which has drum brakes cheap as chips but i was wondering what was involved in changing them over, the guy has everything needed to do it except the flexi hoses. my worry is in the hydraulic side of things because as far as i can tell the drums are opperated via the hand brake cable or are they hydraulic also?? i've done a bit of looking on google and found some threads that mention something about a valve that controlls how much pressure goes the the rear shoes as there is less needed for the rear than the front.

please help asap as it is too big an opportunity to miss if it's not too much work
