I want to post up this thread to let people know that nearly 3 weeks ago i ordered an Autobahn FMIC of http://www.jperformance.co.uk/index.php

I recieve it within 3 days but it came with the wrong pipe.

I have recieved it now after 4 weeks but i bugged them all over the place.

Jperformance refused to reply to any of my emails and pm's on the GT forum
until last week i posted up a thread about this - Jperformance then replied on the thread saying that I will recieve the item very soon.

They also sent me a pm saying that some man that looks after the shipping out items had a car accident but that "Chris" would look after it.

a few days later i sent them more emails saying that i never got it and they replied saying that it had been sent and asked me for my order number.

since then jperformance has refused to reply to me.


I think this is very poor service and I think people should be careful when purchasing on-line when websites such as Jperformance does not have a phone number or even an a address.

thats interesting to know, how do I check that mine`s got the right pipes bearing in mind it probably won`t be fitted for a while?

Get lots of pictures of the kit and how it is fitted and just piece yours together from the pictures :wink:

yeah, may even fit it over xmas too as, due to me running a SIMtek and therefore no Maf it won`t effect the way the car runs :)
