:confused: hi,

found these gauges and wonder what you think, also toying with idea of pillar mount, centre mount or din mount!! Did not realise there was so much about!!

Ive got a set of Stealth 2 waiting to be fitted.

Again they are not seen unitl illuminated

Like those, cheaper too...

do you need to buy anything extra with those to fit them...I am a bit clueless.

like the centre pod too, but swaying to the pillar mount now...

also, did you purchase the sandwich plate thing, makes it sound easier to fit oil gauges then!

Yep got the sandwich plate.

In my opinion the center pod looks neater, but that is just my opinion. 3 pillar mount may look too cluttered.

cool, more q's I know, to change fit the plate the oil filter has to be removed, do you have to drain all the oil out to take filter off and then put it back on?
(u can tell I am a primary school teacher!)

You will need to remove the filter to fit the sandwich plate.

I have been informed by my dealer that some oil will drain, but not all as the filter is higher than the sump.

Ill let you know after I have done mine.

just e-mailed Nick myself about the above gauges
heres what he said

the gauges they show in GAUGESHOP are copies of the STEALTH 270 sweep..they get them from HONG KONG and get a different brand put on them.... mine are half the price and the real thing!

CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHETHER OR NOT THE AIR FUEL RATIO GUAGE WILL FIT ON A DECATTED SCOOBY AS IT SEEMS TO STATE THAT IT HAS TO BE CONNECTED TO THE LAMBDA SENSOR......??

you will still have a lambda sensor.
