MAF Sensor check

Hi, Anyone know where i can get my maf sensor checked, think it mite be the cause of my car running lean at interpro last week. Need to get it sorted so i can go to allen jefferys in april.

Un-plug the maf when the car is running and if your maf is ok it should stall.

have tryed the unplug and it does stall straight away but still not sure its not the MAF.

What makes you think it might still be the maf?
What year is your car? Sorry if I've asked that already.
If its an early one, I have a spare maf which was working fine when it came off.
I also have an original fuel pump, which would be the thing I would check.
I'm in wsm by the way.

i am only just down the road in taunton, do you have a air/fuel gauge i could check the car out with to see if is still running lean with the diferent maf. how you tell if you have a dodgy pump or not ?

my maf sensor had gone, yet when i disconected it the car didnt stall, your best bet is to swap it for one that you know is okay !
