Official Invite To South West Festival Of Motoring

Dear Jacqui

I am writing to you on behalf of Cancer Research UK and a car show titled ‘Southwest Festival of Motoring’ which we would like to invite you and Southwest Scoobies to. The event is supporting the charity and we would love to welcome you on board in our specialist Japanese section.

The event is taking place on Sunday July 16th at Taunton Racecourse and is completely free of charge to invited exhibitors. We have a vast amount of space at our disposal (35 Acres!) so please feel free to bring along as many of your members as you like!

Confirmed entries need to be back by June 1st and exhibitors cars need to arrive by 9am on the day with the event finishing at 5pm.

I have attached an official invitation for your club and an entry form for you to return with your total numbers.

Yes that would be great - i have recieved one payment already but that was because the gentleman had no change for the other two shows so used the change as a donation - im just suggesting a £2.00 donation but if members wish to donate more please feel free, it will be great to see you again

sorry i put that in the wrong area guys - it was just to find out who im sending the passes etc to as the area organisers have been kind enough to offer to hand them out at meets and i know there are some coming up so i thought i better send them off!
