Have new forum opened call something like -


"SWS at your service"?



We have over 800 members and all of us either have a professional skills that we could use to give advice to other members about e.g. plumbing/building works/plastering/translation/the law, etc or we have other skills to offer through our own life experiences, diy, cookery, best websites for financial advice, good solicitors, etc?

As a club we could pretty much help anyone out with a problem or suggest somewhere/someone who may be able to help!:smile: We do this now, if members post a question, but it would be great to have a forum for any help requested.

i agree with liz and Ed and think we should get this started, i know im not innocent and have added my muppet comments but a serious one could be of real benefit with everyone adding their atributes to the front page

Thanks Ed!:wink: I agree about the muppets, which includes myself!:biggrin: But a lot of stuff could be done by PM once a helpful club member has been identified!:cool:

This has already worked in practice - I asked for help with German translation last week and loads of you offered to help!:wink:

So please can we have this forum??? I will look after the thread if you like and keep it up to date!:smile:
