Payment for Rally Day Track Time

Righty'o folks....

The time has come for me to ask for your money again (sorry)

I need ALL payments for the Rally Day track time with me by 19th May at the very latest. (This is JapFest, so you can pay me then, but let me know first!) Rally Day track time is more or less fully booked up already, but Ive 'had a little word' with the organisers, and they have reserved us a slot. The cost is £20.00 per car, which includes one passenger. over 18 only.

Sorry to sound like im cracking the whip again, but if people don't pay, then it spoils it for others who have paid. Anyone who hasn't paid by 19th May, will be removed from the list. We need 20 cars for this to remain at £20.

Payment can ONLY be paid to myself, either by Cash / Cheque (PM me for my address) or PayPal only.

If paying by PayPal, you must send £20.90 which includes the required PayPal fee.

PLEASE include your Full Name and your username with payment.

If for any reason, you pay, but cannot attend for whatever reason, then its up to you, to sell your track time to another member.

You must have also paid for at least ONE ticket and Paddock Pass before you can be accepted for the Track Time.

Exhausts must be no Higher than 100DB, and all cars are tested. You will also have to have a full UK driving licence.

Helmets must be worn, you can hire them from Combe on the day for £10.00.

Arms and legs must be covered.

The is a dedicated SWS Track Session only, there will be no other clubs involved in our session.

D adding 3.5% onto the payment does not work out, because you are recieving more, you are paying more.

it is actually difficult to work out a scale that would be spot on, but the closest we can get is 4.8%

When paying £10 you would pay £10.48 SWS would loose £0.06p on this

£20.00 you would pay £20.96 SWS would make £0.05 on this.

£30 you would pay £31.44 but this time sws would make £0.17

however, with this percentage, we would recover the losses when people pay for more than 1 ticket at a time etc.


the percentage you are working on. £20.00 you would pay £20.70 paypal charge 3.4% +£0.20 SWS would loose £0.20 per payment.
