Just a quickie to say hi to all the SWS crowd here. I'm Matt Bradley (aka cyberfella), a friend of Carl Sorensens - i look after his computer in the shop so some of you will already know me, at least by sight or from shop banter/conversation with the regulars.

My car for all you scooby spotters is a black jap import wrx (classic shape). you'll either hear me coming by the shriek of my SSQV or going with the understated whisper :giggle: of a Blitz NUR spec.

I'll endeavour to come to the lyneham pub next month - i'm joining sidc next week too as they've been good to me over the last year with one thing and another.

I know, shocking isn't it. Thats the last twelve months right there. It's addictive though - I love me lil' car. I've done all the work myself to date, with the helpful advice of Carl, Alan, Lee, the SIDC, & my mates "Fondler" and "Moaksey".

She'll be getting a decat downpipe, better discs and pads, braided hoses and possibly (hopefully) a A'pexi powerFC remap by Andy Forrest when he comes down to AJ's in the near future. Just gotta find out how much it'd be first.

I take it you dont have any other vices then mate - gonna cost a few quid for that:smile:

Vices? I dunno, given half a chance mate. ;o)

No, I guess I don't. I don't smoke, I don't drink out on Friday/Sat nights anymore - 2nd hand cigarette smoke hang overs just got too much for me in the end. The sooner they ban fags in pubs the better (IMHO).

I mostly walk my dog. He'll be sat in the cage on the back seat more often than not.

I dont break my balls or risk my house to mod the car as much as poss but i do spend most of my despensable income on it (as I'm sure many others on here do too).

s'alright, as long as were all having fun. it aint a race or a one-upmanship competition, at least not to me. i just enjoy it. generally nothing with four wheels touches it on the dual carriageways etc which is nice, obviously they come into their own on the b roads, but if it was a competition with no fear of loosing my licence or my life, then i'd have something like an rx7 with some PTS seals and a big greddy turbo in it, but 9 miles to the gallon and death isn't fun to me.

..and don't get me wrong, I like a bottle of wine or a few beers, but i dont go out and spend 50 quid on a friday night any more, thats all. :beer_new:

I drink like a fish and smoke like a trooper..£50 a night on beer and fags is a cheap night for me.. Thats why I can only do the few selected mods...:hysterical: :hysterical: :hysterical:
