as we all know the SHOW season is approaching fast,we need to have some kind of stratergy for these events:-ie
equipment needed(ramps,jacks,mirrors,flags,pa systems,etc)

stand ideas,layout,etc.....

so lets have some decent thoughts on these matters please.....

For JapFest, we need everyones model and colour, so I can arrange the stand (fancy helping me on that one Ed?)

Wont be able to use ramps at Combe, due to limited space....

Also need to work out raffles etc...
