hi guys
have bought a 2002 wrx and am very happy with it.....but would like to gain some horses for extra grin factor.Have a green panel filter on its way and plan to just change downpipe for sport cat or decat and remap to suit.could anyone advise who best local to bristol to fit pipe and remap,and what sort of power increase over the standard 215 i'm likely to have.wanna keep standard looking and sounding for now.thanks for any help:smile:

on my 03wrx I changed the backbox to a afterburner and changed the air filter and the scoob came in at 255bhp on the rolling road.

That's impressive....still can't see how a car can gain 30 odd hp from a filter and backbox but since it's been on the rollers it must be pretty accurate.

A lot of cars make more than the factory quotes...you must have a good 'un:smile:

yeah thanks guys.was hoping to see around 260/270 with remap.where other than interpro for remap near bristol?better to decat downpipe or 2nd cat?would like to just change 1 or the other.:biggrin: thanks

Came off the rollers today. 271 bhp 250tq. Thats with airfilter,backbox changed and two cats off.:action-smiley-065:
Still got the cat in the downpipe and not been remapped.
