Amber Performance -

I am currently dealing with Amber Performance.
This is a major company who curently have their own shop and an eBay shop.

On the 18th of November i bought and paid for a SAMCO SILICONE ANCILLARY HOSE KIT SUBARU IMPREZA WRX (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330030897707)

This was for bigals car.
I have to admit i did not read the listing before i purchased the kit, and after a few weeks i contacted them asking when they would arrive. and the responce i got was Not a good one.

It says to allow 4-5 weeks. it has now been 8 weeks.
I have phoned them several times reference this, and their customer service is in my opinion very bad. (Bear in mind i am a Business man too)
They told me they would call me back they failed to do so.
I have asked for a refund, yet i am told i have to give it more time, yet their listing says refunds can be claimed after 6 weeks.

I will Not be using Amber Performance in the Future, and i cannot personaly recomend them to anyone, from the experience i have had with them.

i ordered a radiator hose from Karl , and it came 3 months later after i'd got 1 somewhere else

Did you buy the items from they're Ebay shop? If so ask Ebay to intervene due to undelivered goods and threaten negative feedback, might get thier attention.

I recieved them this week, they blamed samco on the phone, now they blame xmas for them being 3 weeks later than stated.

I did not realise ebay only allows claims to be filed upto 60 days after the date of purchase.

as it went past 60 days they could not help.

I left Negative feedback due to their bad Customer Service.

Have asked ebay for feedback to be removed.

4-5 weeks is 28-35 days, these took over 60 Days. :ranting::character0110::argun:

I am not happy, only Negative feedback in last 12 Months.....

Samco have a minimum order limit of a 2.5k its my opinion, they wait till they have this amount to place their order, hence the long wait.
