More good news, received cheque from insurance, so will be getting my old one back soon.
Let the stripping and fitting commence.

Stripping the old one? Not considered repairing it and selling it on...New motor looks nice clean and tidy....:cool:

I'm going to be taking wheels, exhaust, interior, spoiler off old one. and a few other bits. Yeah probably just strip it for main parts. aint really got time, money or space to set about repairing it.

once stripped, I could remove the Bare shell if you like.

Is the sport a 2 or 4 wd? i know some of the 1.6 imprezas a 2wd but not sure about other N/A models.

It is 4WD. I doubt i'll be stripping it that much. just depends what people want off it, and how long i can bare to have it sat around.

It depends what you want for it mate,

the 4wd has the transmission Tunnel, and is what i want as i am converting to rwd.

I am wanting to build an Impreza Non Contact Hotrod. which will be done up as South West Customz Race car, and SWS advertising on it.

May also be looking for some sponsors too. have had plenty of wins under my belt, but that was in a fwd, now i want to do it in Style.

Plan on building a Proper Track car for 2008 for Castlecoombe etc. but thats another story.
