I have today received the club booking forms for JapFest.

I now need to start taking payments for this event. This is a first come, first served basis.

Bob, can you let members know how you would prefer payments to be sent please.

We do need full payment for this in advance, so Myself, Bob and Dragon can send off the payments.

TICKETS (reduction for advance payments)

ENTRY ONTO SWS CLUB STAND: £9.00 PER ADULT ATTENDING (Under 14's FREE)

INDIVIDUAL TRACK SESSION (15 MINS): £27 PER CAR

We also need to state a time for our clubs track session.

Tickets are £14 on the gate, but if you pay on the gate we cannot guarantee you getting onto the club stand in the paddock.

Tickets & Paddock passes will be given out by myself before the event. (Approx 2 weeks before the event)

Think ive coverered everything, any questions, please ask.

I will just go on the stand. Had a few bad times at Japfest and other large events. Last year or maybe the year before bought a few track tickets. But we were parked at quarry. Took well over an hour to get out of quarry and to the paddock. Two streams of traffic coming in and none going out.:rolleyes1: I gave up and parked back on the stand.

All track time was sold ages ago Ian......I tried my hardest, but as the spaces had gone, they wont allow us any spaces.

Sorry about this, but it took longer to collect everyones payments than expected, and by the time the cheque went in, the spaces had gone.

We can refund you by PayPal or cheque for £27 or you can transfer the money to Rally Day for tickets if you want.....
