Im thinking of having these springs. Does anyone know weather they are any good or not? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/93-01-Subaru-Impreza-STI-Adj-Lowering-Springs-Coilovers_W0QQitemZ8026645890QQcategoryZ40192QQssP ageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Steve,
Just had a quick look. There seems to a lack of any spec whatsoever. The idea of converting the OEM struts to height adjustable worries me. The fact that the label says JDMHONDAPARTS makes me think that the spring rate would be awful on uk roads. My advice would be to save up and by some proper coilovers.

ive not long fitted tein super steet coil overs to my wrx wagon.i find them a bit hard over bumps but do the job well! had the steering align set by powerstation and they said i would have been better with the make they sell which are made for uk roads as jap made tend to be a bit hard.may be worth speaking to them.

Had a go at fitting them on today but not so much luck. I set the height like you said barry and the rear one i started with didnt want to go on. the lower part that goes onto the hub mount (2 bolts) wouldnt line up to get the bolts through. dont think these are really suitable for mine and it was lower than a slugs gut even with 30mm height set on the threads.
