A great day out, but I think we may need some more introductions with new people at these events to make it better, It may just be me but seemed a little bit clicky with the ones who have been going to meets for a long time. Looking around the display there were lots of people isolated from the group. Please dont anyone take any offence it was a great day but lots of the other stands seemed to be better aquainted with each other and therefore appeared to be having more fun as a group.

cars attract people to the stand not queen and michael jackson

i won't be going to anymore shows with this club if the 'sounds' are going to be there again, that's for sure.
been there done that , grown up now.

it's a shame only I am voicing my opinion as i KNOW alot of people didn't like it

but, hey, that's me innit :)

Richy,

Please do not go on 1 or two people's Opinions.

Weither or not a Disco is to be held at events will be decided by the SWS Committee.

Music attracts People, as does women in skimpy clothes. It a well Known Fact.

I have been to loads of different events over the Years mainly with Vauxhall and Ford Clubs, and every stand that had a Dj had more people on the Stand. Admitedly, it was loud but not ott. I liked it as does lots of others.
I did not even make the event but had i done so, I would have Said Thanks.

I know you must have put a lot of effort into the day, and if it was Down to me i would Book you for more Club events.

As i said, the Committe will decide on things like this NOT an individual.

also i think the street sylers got it right as they had lots of fun stuff going on on thier stand all day which brought peeps together , i think that could be an idea to look into next year

i think a pie eating contest for starters lol ben would win that

we will have to go careful as they breached swms terms and conditions on their promotion of beer as a raffle prize.

i have kept a copy for us to use in planning sessions in future

Again this all goes back to introductions and mixing with other members. Although I have seen your posts Richy I personally dont know who you are and did not know who was running the music. Personally I thought the music was a good idea, maybe a little loud but I was right in front of it. Your music was certainly better then the DIN from Turnbulls etc and did create a good atmosphere. Dont leave the club mate, stay and help make it better, you are obviously a valued part of the team.
