Reply Emails

When I get a reply from a thread i have written in a post i get an email telling me about it, now thats not the problem but when i havnt written a thread on that post after the first reply i still get an email with every thread that other people added to it even though i havnt written on it since. is there a way i can turn it off so i dont get bombarded with reply emails every time i go to look at my emails.

sorry to sound like im having a good moan but it bugs me.

So you post once in a Thread, other people reply. you view but do not Post agian. Someone else posts in the same thread and you get an email?

Is this what you are saying.

Or.

Someone starts A post, you view it, but do not Post, then you recieve reply notices to this thread?

The first one. I add to a post and get emails from pretty much every thread thats put on there. the one straight after my thread is ok but not everyone after that.

That is pretty much STD Steve,

However, their is an option in your user Cp, to turn this off.

Change this to Subscribe without Notification.

This will Stop it. but you will notget any Replys at all.

To see if their has been any replys, click Quick links and Subscribed threads.

You will See anything you are subscribed too.

Me too, although I have selected No e-mail notification now, see what happens.
