View Full Version : Bonnett Scoop
Just Purchased A New Bonnet Scoop But Its Arrived With A 1 And Half Crack From The Inside Top Lip To Slightly On The Front. Have Complained To Company And Seeing What They Can Do But Wondered If The Crack Could Be Filled As Its Not Been Primed Or Painted As Yet. The Crack Is Primarily On The Underside Of The Scoop And Would Not Show.
Also There Are No Holes To Attach It To The Scoop Space On The Bonnett!
Any Advice Greatfully Recieved

not always but sometimes the quality is not good.
in general they are not as good as a Genuine one, but you do get some company's who do make very good Quality copies.
But For The Price Paid Its Not That Bad Is It?

my scoop is a fibre glass replica and pretty big. Does flex abit over 120 the important thing is to be sure your inner scoop is modded to (metal bit underneath) seal with the top if there is a gap it will flex and then probably fly off!!! (plus you wont get the added air flow thru the intercooler). My mates flew off a couple of years back when i was driving it. one second it was there then in wasn't!!!!
