Ermmmmm?? Scuttle panel...........??

Guys!
We have a hole appeared under the windscreen, the black plastic bit,sorry im not technical and think its called a scuttle panel,its above the bonnet and under the windscreen,its the long plastic bit!
Anyway enuff gabbling,does anyone know where we can get one as the hole is a couple of inches wide and looks awful! dont know how it happened!
