how far did you go with the meguiars, just wash and polish or claybar and wax too?

just wash and polish mate have not got a clue what claybar is sorry still all new to me here
meguiars clay bar is a very strange thing to use, wash and chamois the car, then spray the claybar with the detailer that comes with it and go over the car with it as if you were applying polish but with a lump of clay! and wipe off.
It has very good results and its worth doing probably once or twice a year as it removes any imperfections such as tree sap etc.
from what i`ve used of meguiars (almost everything but the 3 stage polish) it does produce very good results, a layer of wax is always good too

cheers tiny wasnt told about that so will have a look for it next time im out
it seems strange the first time you use it just because of the idea of rubbing your car with a lump of clay! but you`ll soon get over that,
http://www.meguiars.com/?auto-detailing-clay/Quik-Clay-Detailing-System this is the stuff mate
