just been discussing exactly that with my dad
he reckons i'd be better getting a taxi to work and back every day
i travel 7 miles a day and go over 24 speed humps
3.5 miles there, same back,,,that's got to be a gallon with 2 cold starts
car doesn't get time to warm up
i'm looking for a cheap run-around but even then i'd have to insure with no NCB , which is around £250 tpft even for a sh1tter

I try not to worry about it. For me its enjoyment especially when you have like minded people around you who do the same thing :)
