Super moderator positions are Global and can moderate all areas of the forum.

Moderators can only moderate specific forum areas.

It's your forum Derek, why don't you approach people who YOU think would be suitable for the position and ask them to moderate for you?
You know all of your users and i'm sure have an idea of who you would think would do a good job and who wouldn't be so good.
