Thinking after a good show and shine this last show could a the Events co-ordinator (Trev) lol get something organised for this show??

Food wise think we need a bit more communication to whos bringing what as I have food in the fridge that could have been cooked up and i think Sally and Skyfly also didn't get everything cook. ( weather didn't help this ) So maybe a list next time so we don't over buy :wink:

Good idear m8 think it might be a good idear to do another show and shine as i will have a scoob by then lol and a list of who i going to bring food as i had food that was no good by time got home.

Think bacon butties would have gone down first thing but with the weather etc etc didn't happen.

Hello m8 if you could lend a hand again that would be great . I think as the show and shine that torpedo done for mm went so well ( even though i think i should of one with mt evo lol ) we should do it again for rd . The food idear worked out well to but we need to sort out who would be bringing what and as mell said Sausages and Burgers went well oinons & bacon would be good .

Like the idea of bacon rolls early on ... & maybe sausage / burger ones lunchtime-ish?
Could consider crisps, cans, choccy, ongoing brews throughout the day if we can get volunteers to share the workload??
2 stoves would be useful as well, less waiting that way...

I could put up a list of what we need nearer the day & people could put their names against items?? Would base this on the number of people with their names down & a bit extra? Save any one person forking out too much on the shopping?

I have got a gas stove but not sure if git much gas left will bring along still with kettle etc etc and some food if needed

I might be able to get a petrol stove twin burner but won't know till begining of september

Will bring the metal folding benches as a temp kitchen worktop as well

Could get individuals to do up their own spec / pic sheets, would just have to go for standard size (to fit the stands) & similar layouts??

Hi m8 not sure but i think we make it early just incase others get lost or are late and also gives us time to get to combe and sort stand etc etc out as that take quite a long time and some like to have their cars clean ready for when the gates open to the public

also getting into combe is a nightmare after 8.30.
Im looking forward to this, scoob rolled out the garage yesterday after 6 months off the road, but the new engine bui;d is now finished (ish), not being mapped till 22nd, and still got to run it in, and lots of the wife's housekeeping spent, but it will make rallyday which was my intention, not sure i made the right decision on the paddle clutch, takes a bit of getting used to.....

spoke to the bacon sarnie van at Wickes today to ask if they would consider opening earlier - she told me they open at 7:30 & just kept repeating this when I tried to explain that there could be potential customers in the carpark earlier than this ... so looks as if u wil all have to wait for your brekky until we have the stand all set up :(
