Ok people, following today's Show I have decided to get next years Attendance list up and Running, so we can get an idea on Numbers so we can ensure we have enough tickets this time.

I appreciate this is 12 Months away, but we do not want to be pushed for tickets or Space again Next year.



The Date and location are obviously still to be Confirmed.. But we will update as and when we know more.

There was plenty of room left in the stadium for a couple of clubs so it would be interesting to know why we were all crammed in to the other areas?

yes i think most people were a bit dissapointed with the room we were given initialy.

I was told we were classed as being Inside the Stadium,all be it in the Pits.
CSC were outside the stadium, on the grassed area.

I understand the room we had was for 15 cars and we had 16, but with the space allocated the cars had to be parked bumper to bumper, with just enough space to get in between. meaning the cars in the middle were trapped their.

We made the Best of the space we had and the stand looked good considering.

We all had a great time despite the weather.

We Just need to work with Sean. to ensure we are given better space next time, even though we try to sort this every year.

I got some feedback from a few members of other clubs, and they were were NOT happy with the show at Smeatharpe, and thought it was not as good as previous years.
and in some respects i agree, if i had not seen the Gazebo blowing over i would not have gone outside to see what was out their, and missed a large display of cars... Perhaps some sign's stating there were more display stands this way.... would have helped.

I agree, the stand did look good even though it was packed!

Is it always held at smeatharpe? Cant stand the place and the road in is awful!!

i didnt like the lay out the road/roads are bad...but our club made it a good day

Personally I would love to go back to Exeter race course great area no obstructing gray fencing and better lay out.

Bring back Exeter or Taunton race course which is where he was originaly going to move it to ; )

It was at Exeter Last Year Steve... As Mel said it was Much better, it was all open, and no obscurities.

Exeter or Taunton would be a Great Choice... But it's not really something we will have a say in.

If you book your stand early enough you can have a stand on the track area? The layout will be different in 2010 as we are gonna mix the traders & clubs into together ie the likes of Enginetuner would be in amongst the Jap car clubs.
