Mark, me & Dougie will be going straight to the SWMS to meet you all there. Can we have feedback as to who has what i.e flags etc etc ; )

Trev have you got a idea of what you want to do i.e stand plan? do you want a list of cars / colours ???

Sorry m8 have not been sorting things out just trying to sort out moving / vans as we moving next week and would like to do paul p1s wedding but not looking good at mo as well as sorting out car / gearbox .

I have put a post up asking for car details and will try and sort out a stand plan . I think tiarks had got the banner / pole & flag not sure about gazebo as the one we had gor japfest was thrown away as was no good .

I have the white banner & frame; will hand over to Ad4mj (cheers m8!) on the saturday

Matrix has the blue banner; not sure about the flag & pole

Gazebo unfortunately no more, didn't survive the winds at Castle Combe

Julie wouldn't it be better to let me have a copy of your plan as well as Dougie and I are going to be at the show ground to see everyone in also you could give a copy to one of the northdeven lot to send the cars in in the right order from Exeter ?????????

Good evening i have just paid for another swms stand ticket for justine as she bought her scoob today and will have it on mon-tues.... she is joining as a member as we speak and i just wanted her name to be added to the list of people attending on the stand plan.. she is registering as N.J.P's Bird

Sorry people, I have not been keeping track of this thread.


I have the SWS Flag & the flagpole.

I have also bought a new Gazebo (Mel already mentioned this).

I think it might be bigger than the old one, as it does not fit in the boot or across the back seats... has to go front lie across the front seat... :eek:
