Members, would you prefer the Regional Forums. i.e

North Devon, South Devon, Avon Summerset etc all comined into one forum, rather than all the individual ones?

Or stay the Same.

maybee have all events inc Rolling Roads in the one Fourm.

Its up to you.

I think we need to keep different areas but like weymouth etc could be taken out as they use up space.

also i think that all shows etc be put under national events and then things like plymouth monthly meets etc be put under regional areas as a show/ rolling road/ gets support from all area and all we need to do is just put a link to the national thread as more then 1 thread on the same topic is confusin

Its very annoying to read duplicated posts because they are in multiple areas.
I think the types of events should be categorized, not where they are being held.

Agree with that.... Been saying for ages why do we have the same post in all the area forums Its confusing and many get lost on what area forum they posted on.

I said at the beginning, all major events had to go into the national events forum, and links can be put in the Regional Forums, but they must be pinned and locked.

This was not done hence the problems.

I even removed threads from general that were convoys and put them in the local meets section...But I seems some mods put them back again...

yep i have put the swms convoy up in general as i knew it would be seen and after being wrongly blamed for the last convoy problems i didnt want a repeat because it caused so much stress to the whole club.

Olly said to learn by mistakes and that is what i have done

i have sent passes out to people - because i recieved them in good time!
i have drawn up a simple spread sheet - as suggested by olly - to see who is going etc which has boxes for name, user name, contact number, sign up, paid, pass sent out, and pass recieved so i can keep a better track on things.

sorry its in the wrong place but to not put it up in general would have been problematic at this late stage.

What I am saying is if someone from Bristol is going to SWMS.. Does he look in his local area for the event or the area the meet/event is. Or does he also have to go to general to get the info he requires. It should all be kept in one place. Not scattered around for members to hunt down.

i ahve been tring to do this in the new areas, if i have found more the 1 thread on each show, meet etc then i have checked them for info and combined them and then deleted threads that are least needed and then left the 1 thread
