P1 wedding convoy
A36 / A350 services (Burger king??) Warminster 10:30 WILTS MEET POINT
Will travel A350 & join A303 at West Knoyle / Chicklade area

Meet place:
MEET WITH CORNWALL / WEST DEVON AT THIS POINT
All to meet up here at 14:00 ish – as it will be 10-15 mins to get to the church this allows for any over-run on convoy times (caravans & grockles!)

From here will head to Layby to wait for the convoy to start
Can we please have mobile numbers from the area co-ordinators, each area co-ordinator should then hold a list of names and numbers of people intending to join their convoy. All mobile numbers should be pm’ed for privacy.
Eg i will hold numbers for
Bristol / Glos
Wilts
Dorset
Devon
Cornwall
Etc
Then each co-ordinator will hold numbers for ‘their’ convoy; each of the co-ordinators & you! This way, we can all keep in touch with each other
‘convoy etiquette’
The convoy will be representing the club & should act responsibly
Members will not exceed posted speed limits.
It is important to stay in convoy incase of anything unforeseen (eg breakdown) occurring so it can be dealt with. If it is awkward to all stop (eg motorway) members should proceed to next meet point & await further instructions (suggest that you take this & area co-ords will take over until you rejoin/update?)
Convoy leaders can change as required (eg local knowledge)
