:sign0191:Although I’m sure we won’t have any problems from your club it is the up to the Duty Manager discretion on the day to stop all track activities without refund if they deem track use to be inappropriate or dangerous. That said this is seldom the case and I’m sure the SWS will have a great time but their is to be no times laps or careless driving .

exhaust noise it to be kepes at 98 db no louder

The track is getting booked up quickly so I would advise you book soon to avoid disappointment, I have attached a spread sheet with available dates.

For a half day booking I’m happy to offer the track to an unlimited amount of cars at £450+ VAT.

This is a total of £517.50 Inc VAT, If we get 20 places booked up this equates to £26 each.

The 12<SUP>th</SUP> is completely booked up as we have a very busy family event on that day so need all the space we can get. Moto Bikes are fine as long as they’re below our noise limit 98db and they use the track in line with the terms and conditions. If you could give me an idea of how many vehicles will be using the track I’ll be able to give you a set price if it’s more than 15 it’ll be £450 for a half day and £750 for a full day. To confirm the booking I would need to charge you 20% of the total.

If the number of vehicle is less than this 15 I would charge you for one vehicle then each additional vehicle could pay on the day.

Hold that thought for a min as the circuit maybe too small for a fireblade but I may buy a supermoto for it instead!

I have had another email from tim at haynes regarding booking and if we have sorted out a date . It is not looking to good at the moment (1) as they are almost fully booked (2) we have not really got enough yet cars to make it worth doing . I will give it a little more time just incase a few more put their names down i will let tim at the motor museum no and if nothing comes of it i will have to tell him we will leave it to next year were i can try and sort the booking out sooner.
