Help Flash prob

[Torpedo]

I am on vista and about 2 weeks ago got this message when trying to view a video on youtube. I have checked Java and its fine and have tried to install adobe flash 10 which my computer does and says its installed but still get the message and can't fine installation of adobe flash 10 on computer????????????????
