When I'm driving along a motorway or staying at a constant speed for a longish time, when I put my foot down a bit, the car jerks a bit and then eventually gets going and goes fine.

I think the Oxygen sensor is gone (one of them??) and so would this be causing the problem?

whlist coming up and back from Trudi's I had the "check engine" on once, for less than 20 or 30 secs and then I never had it on again. I'm assuming its not a major fault at the moment?

Where might I be best to get the car looked at to see what is wrong with it? There's very few garages around here that deal with Subaru's..... I gather after the re-map and sports cat etc, will I still be getting this problem?

As per .org

32=Oxygen sensor
Buy new Oxygen sensor on the cheap from Derek. unplug old, get spanner and remove old sensor, refit new, plug in. Reset ECU.. Come on Phill not rocket science...
