i have brought front mount intercooler for my 95wrx going to fit it myself can anybody give some insigth on how to fit thisor am i looking at a impossible job to take on myself? or should i take a engineers course first lol:confused:

i helped pro alloy develop theres and fit it to the car....i am also a registerd fitter of there products......

imo its easy. do it yourself.

Bumper has to be removed and cut, thats about the hardest part.

I have fitted, to both classic and Bugeye.

The one i done on the Bugeye had a mounting bracket that mounted it to the std bumper mounting points.

I am going to do a how to for the Bug eye complete with pics.

same fmic as mine
loads of cutting of the bumper and the bit on the inner wing,drivers side where the 2 small holes are had to be cut into 1 big hole , maybe different on a 95 though , mines an my00
you'll also need an induction kit as the pipes won't run around the standard box

i also lagged the pipe that runs over the turbo/down-pipe as i don't have a shield

if you buy a proper made to measure one you only need to remove the bumper slats........if you cut the inner wing you will need to paint the bear metal .....


We charge £100 to fit and can do it in a day.......
