help needed with my task bar !

right my little one had her mits on my laptop and now my task bar is grey when its normally black ! i need to change it back !! i know its in control panel and then personalization but i cant find it after that ! can some one please point me in the right direction its driving me crazy ! Im using vista if that makes any difference !

with Vista in control panel there a icon for task bar and font but not sure with xp as only have vista at home ; )
