I wish to make a statement concerning the somewhat unexpectedly posted pictures taken of myself during the dyno day in the company of a young lady.
I was approached by the said female, who found herself in some distress as a result of unwarranted male attention. In an attempt to comfort the poor girl, I invited her into my private office, where I intended to offer solace as only a safely Married Man could offer. During the subsequent discourse, the lady suggested that she sat on my lap due to the lack of space encumbent. We were thus ensconced, me proffering comfort at her poor undressed condition, and she bemoaning the dreadful stares she encountered whilst parading about. Our privacy was then brutally invaded by a Paparazzi, who proceed to take pictures without let or hindrance. Despite my doing the decent thing, and offering the sum of five pounds to prevent publication, the horrible man has done the dirty deed regardless.
I only hope my poor long suffering wife doesn't view the said items, and draw the wrong conclusion...

Too late! my totally innocent good samaritan moment has now been misinterpreted by the wife.. (DOH!)
Sanctions will now be applied to the marital situation, on the basis that "I did, and she found out about it."
Hopefully normal service will be resumed soon, the lack of the usual Sunday comforts being only partially made up for by Lewis winning in China.
She wasn't too mad, although I am aware of the old adage, "don't get mad, get even", so to be on the safe side, I'm going to invite Martyn to taste my sandwiches first for the next few days.
