The pleasure was all ours, easily the best dyno day so far, (40 cars!) we didn't kick the last ones out until well past 7.00 !

Take 2... Just knocked the power switch on my Surge protector and lost everything.
A great day out a gain, and great company...
It was good to see Some of the Members today... :action-smiley-065:
So thanks to Sean for sorting out a great day..
Thanks to Engine Tuner for Hosting the Event and for the boost pipe, the helped me go back to the Stock boost controller, as the MBC had failed.
It was a shame we had a few not turn up on the day... meaning we had low figure cars run in their place... So we came in 2nd to the MLR again..
But it is NOT the winning that counts but the taking part... :party0040:
Sean did say we need to pull out all the Stops next year to prevent the MLR winning 3 in a row...
so next year... WE WILL KICK ASS :fighting0092:
It was good to see my 2.5 was running Safe on the STD ECU with std 240cc Injectors, and a TD06 20G Turbo.. seeing 327.8BHP and just shy of 360ft/lb of Torque.
Big thanks to Martyn for Adjusting the Fuel pressure down... I turned it up yesterday when i fitted the Big turbo, just in case the Injectors were maxing out... as i did not want to run lean... But it took me a Full tank of Fuel from Barnstaple to Plymouth... and that was doing 80..
On the way back it was much more Fun... car running Spot on... and doing a lot more...s***d... driving it like you should we got back in under 1/3 tank.
So to Sum up a Gennerally good Day for Most.... Except Screech. and no i am not referring to him having a lowere BHP figure than expected...
I am referring to his Engine issues on the way home.
He developed a knock... so pulled into collumpton services... as he got in he dipped the clutch and the car died.. and would not start again. and did not sound healthy.
ThRAC come out and found he had No oil in the car but it was FULL this morning when he checked it. :frown:... they put 5ltrs of oil in the car and it did start up but it seems the Damage could already be done...
He is now on the back of a Flatbed recovery truck on his way back.
I have been asked to go over tomorrow to take a look.
So wil update you when i know more.

Just got home now. What a ball ache.
We put 5 litres in at the services and it didn't even get to the minimum level on the dipstick but it did turn over though.
For safety we eventually got a flat bed truck out and now it's fingers crossed that nothing major is damaged.
And it was about 50 bhp down but maybe no oil was to blame.
Gutted.

I canot see how it could not even be on minimum unless it was leaking Out... as the car only holds 5 ltrs.

Exactly what Martyn said on the phone. But there was no leak at all and the sump was bone dry.
