With respect your not on the committee yet! So again with respect aren't you a little presumptious calling a committee meeting. Or has the vote been decided already

when i decide to arrange this event, it was to try and get the commitee together and all the members .so everyone can air their views and ask for changes to be made, and then the commitee could then decide on them and at the end of the day everyone would walk away knowing what has been done for the good of the club '

as for you comment no i am not on the commitee yet and i havent called a commitee meeting either . i am trying to get everyone together to sort out the problems ...

i just hope now that everyone will see who is trying to get this club to go forward and not trying to hold it back ...

sorry i missread the origional post then it said 15/16 so i thought it was over night....:redface:


can i ask that as some of us are already travelling a long distance that you re consider the charity run thing..its gonna cost us a small fortune otherwise...and may limit the no of people you have attend...

and after all its was supposed to be a big meet with as many as possible attending ...what do you think:smile:

as its a sunday a overnighter would involve taking monday off work i am taking half term off as of then ive run out of holiday , shane how much extra would it be to have this on the sat ? plus then long distance people could stay the night and travel home on sunday ime sure butlins would want the extra buisness in current climes . locals could then choose to stay or go home JUST A THOUGHT dont want to poke my nose in lol

just a thought i dont no how long it would take you to travel but what if you stayed on sat night near by or on site and at least you weren't traveling all day sunday then ... you only have to travel home on the sunday rather then both ways ?!?
