Well I have a fair few cameras around my property and the cars are seen from almost every angle...but insurance dont care. Should have got a garage instead.lol

I have CCTV pointed at mine.

Someone smashed one of my mirrors off my Cavalier that was out the front...

But because it was not recorded Digitally with a Time code and a 28 day logging system kept with Daily Tapes.

Along with a CCTV warning sign posted by the car (IN the Immediate Vacinity) the police said it could NOT be used as evidence in Court.

infortunetly cctv has loads of guide lines and I will not be upto putting them all on here we run a jewellery shop and have 4 camaras but the legalities are huge better of speaking to someone in security or police lol

I asked the police all about the legalities of doing this and was told because I am using it for private use ie. i am not a business and it meets local planning guidelines which it does, that stuff like this about the signs was not applicable, getting more and more confused:confused:
