This list is updated to include members who have PAID, and are guaranteed a place on our stand this year.


The Members and the Commitee have decided that ANY MAKE of car is welcome on the stand, but the any make cars will not form part of the stand, but be in a separate space.

People not paying makes our lives more difficult, and I dont have time to chase people.

No probs i was thinking of doing a track time but is it worth paying as not 100% sure if my car is going to be to loud and i dont want to pay and on the day they say i cant because my exhaust is no loud .

The paddock pass gains access to the SWS stand. If you pay through SWS, you get a pass. They become like gold dust towwards the show date. You cant get into the paddock without one. If you dont have one, then its public car park for you. PP's are free, and non transferable.

I will try and get it tested when is date the ticket has to be bought by also just to double check i have paid for a paddock pass for my car to be on the stand ?

Hi I've been in then shop and brought 2 seperate tickets hopefully ,meaning 2 paddock passes, one is mine and one is ROAR's he is in Spain till the 17th so cant get in to get his own, hope that is ok.

SWS have only 40 PADDOCK PASSES, so you ned to buy your tickets direct, then let me know that you have paid, and I can add you to the stand.

As said earlier, its first come, first served.

There is still track time available @ £20 per car.

Hi Paul, I wont add any tickets that are bought direct, as the list is for tickets bought via SWS only.:smile:

IE: I havent added mine and Shane as a X2 on the list, because ours are coming direct, and we are just having a paddock pass from SWS. Otherwise it makes it confusing.

I've bought track time from the online shop, this is gonna be the first time i've ever been on a track (aprt from karting and a rally school day lol) so go easy on me! just a couple of things i'm hoping someone will kindly answer too...whats happening on the day, i cant commit to joining the convoy as im not sure what time i will be leaving for combe yet so what time do i need to be there and where do i pick up the track ticket from. Also i will be bringing 3 friends along, whats the best deal for admission? i've seen these paddock passes...will we still have to pay £10 each or does the paddock pass get everyone in? Hi Nath,

You will need to be at combe by 8am, as we need to get the stand ready. Also as your doing track time, and the slot is 10.10 you need to get your car decibel checked prior to this.

If you want to be on our stand, you need to let me know ASAP, so I can reserve a stand pass for you. This allows your CAR access to the paddock area, doesnt matter how many people you bring, the Paddock Passes are free. Entry can only be paid for now on the gate as you enter, and is £15 per person.

You will need to join one of our convoys, because you will need to collect your paddock pass and track time pass BEFORE you get into combe, as you wont be allowed in the paddock area without a paddock pass.

Hope this explains everything, please let me know your intenetions on the day

What's the plan for noise testing ? I'm assuming we need to get checked and certified first thing before we go on track ? With a 10:10 slot it's going be tight, plus paddock/pit area gets chocka so moving cars around gets difficult.
Suggestions ?
