[Somerset Scooby]

Right then you budding football managers you think you know how to pick a football team then now is your chance to prove it.

Join the SWS Fantasy Football Premier League

Pick your team from a £55M budget, only two players allowed from any one club, and then points are scored for every goal scored, assist or clean sheet. Once your team is selected you then choose a captain who will score you double points.

All the rules are explained on the web site, link below.

You will first need to register ……

When you register, enter your forum user name in the ‘First name’ box and ‘surname’ box. (If that is only one word just put a “1” in the ‘surname’ box). This will then quote your forum user name as the manager of your team and we will all know who is who.

Once your squad is complete you can alter your team around as much as you like until 16th August. The League then starts and from then on you'll get only 5 transfers a month.

As soon as you have a complete team you will need to join the SWS Premier League:
Go to 'Private League' and join an existing league, the PIN number for our league is 392077.
Then select to join the SWS Premier League. Easy as that. :wink:

Make sure your team is complete by 16th August and entered into the league and then the season begins. I will provide regular updates, especially if I am winning. :tongue:

Starts with the first premiership league games on the 16th. Only league matches count, so no points for FA cup, league cup, etc.

A couple of tips .....

* Keep an eye on your team for injurys and suspensions, it will show these down the right hand side of the table on 'your team' page and make transfers if necessary. You got 5 transfers a month up to a maximum of 30 for the season.

* Don't forget your captain scores double (both positive and negative) so chose wisely and you can change him every week if you want to.

If you go onto the site and look under 'Player Info' / 'Results & Fixtures' it will show you who scored goals and made assists.
