Simple job mate.

Get car up to normal operating temp. so as to let oil circulate.
Drain oil via sump bung (17mm)
Remove oil filter (right beside sump)
Pre-fill new oil filter (take your time as it takes quite a bit)
Fit oil filter hand tight
Fit sump bung with new crush washer
Fill oil

Job done

Very inportant, this last bit. Only takes a minute or two, to dry crank the engine without firing, oil pressure light will go off. And off you go. Well check for leaks before you blast the scoob.
