Per Sticks' request when we tried to book a session @ Japfest:
To avoid the risk of losing this session, can we go ahead and have the club book the seesion sooner rather than later and then sell on the places if they don't get filled ?

Agree, if we are going to do this we need to book it now.
The list needs updating but it looks like we already got 14 ish (I'm sure RA Jay can join us) plus talking about it at SWMS there were a few more interested in doing it (G4 Gav?).
Price is the same as last year, £20 each for a 20 car session.

I have just phoned rally day to confirm if their is any track time available and they have suggested the following options...
Full session 20 Cars
The person i spoke to is also the organizer for the Lancer Register.... he suggested we could do a mixed session with the Mitsubishi's or similar
10 Cars from SWS 10 from Lancer Register....
£25 in advance passenger Free. single Session.....
10 Cars £225 this is mixed with another club.... equivalent to £22.50 each
However if we only get 15 cars we could still have a dedicated session as lone as we pay the £400 this works out at.... £26.67 each
i would be happy to pay this for a dedicated session.... Question is would Everyone else?
20 Cars £400 Dedicated to SWS...... equivalent to £20 each...
