I have changed the times to a little bit earler as there are a lot more people going and will need to sort tickets out and meet points and sort people on the stand.

Hi put me down for the crosshands pub but i not 100% sure if will still have scooby as having finaciel problems at the moment and cant afford realy to keep her as the cost of running it and insuring it is just to much so would it still be ok to come on the stand still if i aint got a scooby .

No problem hun as long as you are coming you can come on the stand in what you want ( as long as its clean lol ) ; )

Just a thought but as we are going in gate C the convoy will be coming into coombe from the wrong direction. The queues are pretty bad anyway but now we will have to pass by gate A and B to get to C. Is it worth thinking about an alternative route in? Does anyone know of a route around coombe to come in from the east?

I don't want to confuse things and that way in maybe just as bad, I don't know.
It could be something to think about though.

How about this as a possibility.
I don't know the road, it could be quite a small lane and if it's wet cars could get dirty (In other words don't blame me).

You could pop down the motorway to next turn off and come in from the rear...Or travel down the A420 and also come in at the rear. Or we could just sit in the queues....

As long as everyone, hits the convoy points on time, and we don't hang about, the queues shouldn't be too bad.... Touch wood, as it'll be too early for the general public. But I remember when i came from the other direction before, the que was just as bad.

I was goin to say, you could come up from the other side on the A420, but its such a long way round from our last meeting point(Cross Hands) that nothing would be gained.

Yep... Japfest is Fun... and you can expect to be waiting hours on the road in.... especially from the Cross hands direction... and as BS said some of us....:redface: did not get in until after 11 AM.... and that was leaving cross hands about 7.30 am

I honestly do not know... Perhaps some of us could leave cross hands and and go back to M4 and come back in from the other direction.

this would ease congestion from one direction....
