WJPC come to Gloucester, April 6th 2008

Mick has invited us along to the "worcester japanesse Performance Club" or as most of us know it WJPC.

They have a great following to meets and it would be a good for if some of us could make it as they did to our SWS/WJPC meet we had a couple of months ago.

This is open to any jap cars, not just scoobys, so if you have any mates with something jap drag them along to

The Cheese Rollers at Shurdington. GL51 4XJ Jnt 11a off M5 towards Chelt. A417 then left onto A46..on right as coming into Shurdington.

HOW CLOSE is that for you guys ??????? We'd be really pleased to invite a crowd of you to come along. What do you say ? Perhaps you'd post up that I've mentioned it. How about saying that if any SWS member has a friend with ANY JAP Performance car, they'd be welcomed along to meet us..

Hi Graham....I knew we'd meet up eventually. If you can get Evo & Mac to come along (2/3 of the WR1oc Splinter cell) we could have 4 "Ones" at a meet....LET ME KNOW how you get on as I'll chase one other owner I know locally......There's am outside chance for 5 !!!

As for the others who have put their name on the list...GREAT....and WE must ALL make efforts to introduce each other. I say this as there's been quite a discussion going on WJPC forum regarding how members feel when they first turn up to meets. As Membership Mod, I take it upon myself to introduce myself to any face I don't instantly recognise. It's not an easy job...far from it....Do you guys have anyone who tries to "bond" people together???? Or work hard to avoid "cliques" ? It's a subject in itself to discus isn't it ??? I suppose it's up to the Area Organisers ?

Hi mick - we've seen the posts too on WJPC and understand where people are coming from - we all try to make new members welcome and make an effort to make sure they feel included, but it can be difficult sometimes, also our meets are split into regions so are probably smaller than most of yours, which makes it easier for us to make newbies welcome.

You personally do a great job - u always make us feel welcome : )

As u say we must make sure we make the effort to introduce people this time - especially with the summer coming too! : )

Can't wait, I'm going to view a V5 STI this afternoon, as long as all's well with it I'll be all good for next Sunday, if not I've got one I can go and view next weekend, hopefully in time for the meet.

Sunday in Cheltenham is cruise night, so come the evening the ring road will be full of cruisers

Hi can any 1 help i am ment to be coming today to the meet but my car just stopped yesterday :j_sad: and will not start it will tern over but not fire up i am thinking its the fuel pump can any one tell me were its to as i hope its just a wire come of that way i can fix it and still come anyone HELP ?:confused:?

good meet today, although the car park was on the small side for 20 cars.
