looks like we are coming to this but can't deside what route to take as through tavistock/ oakhampton not a nice road but less milage or A38/M5/A61 nicer roads ? What do you think Derek what way would you come down to plymouth? bare in mind this is easter sunday ; )

coming from Plymouth, go across the bridge through the Saltash Tunnel, then go right at the roundabout. go up through Callington then Holsworthy.

This is my Preferred route.

I also like the the Tavistock / Oakhampton route.. and can do both in under an hour on a quiet day.

Callington is slightly more mileage but a much better route. IMO
