Took a day off work today and took advantage of the great weather we're still getting and decided to have a stab at fitting my new Infinity components in the front
Firstly, removed the door panel. By the handle where what looks like there should be a tweeter, there is in fact nothing there  so i took this as perfect place to mount the tweeter
The main woofer is a direct swap for the standard poor excuse for a speaker

I was intending to fit the crossover next to the speaker, but i later found this to stop the door panel from securely re-fitting, so later moved it onto the rear of the door panel
After doing a dummy install to test all worked ok

I then tidied up all the mountings, wiring and connections, re-fit the door panel and there you go. you'd never knew anyone had been there, except for when you turn the stereo on
What a hell of a difference. To say i'm pleased is an understatement. Only problem is, that they've highlighted how poor my current rear speakers are (but thats all in hand  )
