Deadline for ALL the money is: Tuesday 12 February

People that are coming for just the meet will have to pay for the day. It is: £5.00 per adult and £3.00 per a child under 16 and this has to be payed 24 hours in advance.


It is for the: Friday 4th, Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th and then be out by 10.00am on the Monday 7th of April 2008


I have heard back from Pontins today with some prices for 3 night weekend break on 4th, 5th and 6th and then be out by 10.00am on the 7th.
CLASSIC accommodation. (BASIC ACCOMMODATION ON THESE DATES IS NOT AVAILABLE).Self catering.

We need payment ASAP if you want to come for the weekend, so we can book and get these dates.


Send payments to me or Harty6972 in cheque form. PM us for address and who to make payable to.



Here are the price's of the accommodations:


1 bedroom accommodation sleeping 4 people £216.30 for 3 nights £54.07 per Person (2 single beds in one room)
2 bedroom accommodation sleeping 6 people £258.30 for 3 nights £43.05 Per Person (for couples, not unless you want to pay double)



The meeting will be on the Sunday 6th April at 1.00pm

Im thinking about stayin over, but its only a 30 minute drive for me to get there, We could do a fast one here, let members crash on the saturday night in the rooms, good old pizz up, Members that say over chip in a few quid to crash on someones floor, I few bodys on the floor will make it feel like home,

Prices were for 6/4 peeps etc sharing a room but I wondered if there was an reduction for children. Just a thought, i think I know what the answer is going to be.

i don't know if you are having a joke or being serious with this graham but i have checked the terms and conditions and if you were to do this and they found out ALL the people in that accomodation would be asked to leave, sorry
